What they make

  • Founded in December 2016 by Chris Cross, a former Navy pilot, and Ashley Cross.[3]
  • Distills spirits from blue agave (including a vodka), Oomaw Gin, a tart-cherry liqueur, apple brandy and a bourbon fermented and aged on site.[1]

Visiting

  • A 90-minute tour led by the founder, and tastings; ID required. Ski boots are welcome.[1][2]

  • Bottles are sold at the distillery, and some (a barrel-rested gin and the bourbon) only there.[1]
